The "Antipasto Pestello" is what we propose to taste the territory at once. You will find roasted bread with the traditional liver sauce, the porcino chapel in oil and the rigatino (Tuscan bacon), wild boar salami and ham, Pecorino cheese and pickles.
We also have other choices that can satisfy any palate like mixed bruschetta, crostini or cheeses with jams.
Some proposals are based on truffles.
