The Martinucci family has been dedicated to the management of the Pestello Restaurant since 1994 with passion and dedication.
While mother Teresa and Maria Pia skillfully take care of the kitchen, Federico takes care of the dining room and the selection of wines. All work together to guarantee a welcoming environment and genuine cuisine respecting the Tuscan tradition.
The restaurant has three dining rooms on the ground floor, one of which has a fireplace and a big dining room on the upper floor. In summer the terrace offers pleasant opportunities for a romantic outdoor dinner.

Our specialty is undoubtedly grilled meat but we also offer alternatives for vegetarians. Some dishes are based on black truffle and porcini mushrooms, others are based on Pecorino cheese.
Each recipe is handed from generation to generation and fully reflects the home cooking of the Chianti Classico area.
